The Leadership Development Program provides financial services companies an opportunity to invest in the development of their future leaders through a six-day intensive program run in collaboration with the University of North Carolina’s Executive Development organization and the Kenan-Flagler Business School. The coursework allows participants to immerse themselves in innovative principles of management and leadership. With challenging case studies and lively discussions, role-playing and outdoor team-building exercises, employees will focus on the following topics.

The 2025 Leadership Development Program has concluded and the next session will take place August 8 – 15, 2026 at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
