The Leadership Development Program provides financial services companies an opportunity to invest in the development of their future leaders through a six-day intensive program run in collaboration with the University of North Carolina’s Executive Development organization and the Kenan-Flagler Business School. The coursework allows participants to immerse themselves in innovative principles of management and leadership. With challenging case studies and lively discussions, role-playing and outdoor team-building exercises, employees will focus on the following topics.

  • Developing Leadership and Management Self-Awareness
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Strategic Leadership: Execution Through People
  • Inclusive Leadership
  • Leading and Managing Change
  • Communicating For Impact: Storytelling and Multidirectional Communication

In addition, the program offers a fantastic opportunity for networking with new acquaintances – the future leaders of the finance industry.
