Nevada implemented standards for financial literacy beginning with grade 3 through grade 12 in 2017.
In grades 3-5, the financial literacy standards will be incorporated into the existing standards table. In grades
6-8 and grades 9-12, the financial literacy standards will be presented in a separate table for districts to decide
how to incorporate them.

Personal Finance Standards in Career and Technical Education (CTE), Family and Consumer Sciences

Yes

Nevada offers a course entitled Family and Consumer Sciences which has personal financial literacy standards  embedded within the coursework.  This course is offered to students in grades 9-12.

The standards are embedded within social studies curriculum. In grades 9-12, the standards are embedded within the economics curriculum. Beginning in 2022, all students will be required to take economics for graduation.
